When will my order get here?
- READ Description on all items to see if it is in stock or a Pre-Order
- Clothing orders are shipped ASAP when the drop is in stock and 4-6 weeks from PRE-ORDERS. Please be patient. The shop is ran by one person and these take time.
- All non-clothing orders should ship as soon as possible unless stated otherwise.

Refund/Exchange Policy:
- All clothing items can be returned/exchanged IF ORDER IS WRONG within 30 days of receiving the order. Once you ship it back, we will review it. Refunds and Exchanges can be done through the CONTACT US page.
- Returns and exchanges are not done for any other reason so please double check what size/color/product you are ordering before checking out.
- All Non-Clothing related items such as accessories, mugs, posters, etc. returns are not accepted. Please ensure you order the correct item!

Order Lost/Damaged in Mail:
- Once orders are shipped, we are no longer responsible for any issues such as stolen or damaged mail. Sorry for any inconvenience :(

Packages returned in mail to Hidden Void:
- It is your responsibility to ensure shipping addresses are accurate. If a package is delivered back to us, we can ship it again after you pay for shipping again, Just contact us.

- Yes! Message on our CONTACT US page or on Instagram for any suggestions or ideas for new products. Our goal is to bring the best merchandise for everyone to have.
